WSKO Squad Session are one Tuesday in every month at Tonyrefail Leisure Centre.

This session is specifically for our Squad Members however other students who don't want to enter competitions can also train.

To get into one of our WSKO Squads it is a requirement to train at these Sessions.

All Squad Selections will be done at these Sessions.

Also remember our Fighting Classes are on all other Tuesday's
