WSKO Squad Once Again Performs Amazingly

Saturday 12th July 2014 - WKGB Welsh Open Championships at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff

With a Squad of 13 Competitors the WSKO once again performed amazingly.....

Competition after competition our Squad just continues to out perform, this was a very important competition for our Squad as the Official British Championships is only 11 weeks away.

The British Championships is going to be a very interesting test for our Squad as in one hand its going to be overwhelming for our Young Sqaud as it will be to date the biggest and most prestigious event for them.... So nerves will play a very big part. Then on the other hand our Squad has gained so much experience in a short period of time, So as I said it is going to be very interesting......

I would like to congratulate EVERYONE who entered today, whether you had a medal or not....

I would also like to congratulate our FANTASTIC Officials:

Robert Perkins, Liam Noyce, Emma Addis, Emma Evans, Stuart Smith & Robert Ellis

Who as our Squad are gaining so much experience every competition.... I had some fantastic feedback today form my Tatami Chiefs regarding our Officials, with Robert Perkins in particular Refereeing many Final Bouts today... Just as our Squad, some of our officials will be representing the WSKO at the British Championships...

Also a massive Thank You to our WSKO Squad Coaches today, Sensei Gerwyn Harries and Sempai Luke Richards, who are also growing in Coaching Experience....
